About Resolve
Specialized therapy for OCD and anxiety from people who get it.

Why I do this work
I didn't choose to specialize in OCD and anxiety by accident. My own experience with both is what led me to become a therapist and focus my work on helping others who feel stuck in the same cycles I know firsthand.
I know what it's like when your mind won't shut off, when uncertainty feels impossible to leave alone, and when anxiety starts making your decisions for you. I also know that life can get a lot bigger when you stop organizing it around fear.
My style is welcoming, active, collaborative, and practical. We'll understand what's keeping you stuck, but we'll also work on changing how you respond to it so you can spend less time controlled by fear and more time living.
